A. The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: 3-7 Days
Shipping time: 14~30 Days

B. Shipping methods: Air freight or logistics express

C.Shipping fee:

Freight is calculated at checkout. Orders over $50 qualify for free shipping. For orders under $50, our standard shipping rate is $12. Depending on your order weight and location, additional shipping options and rates may be available. For urgent or overnight shipping, please contact us at Purplestar@fortunepurplestar.com. For customers outside the United States, please contact us at Purplestar@fortunepurplestar.com.

D.Return:

Unless the item arrives damaged or defective, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

E.Incorrect or insufficient address:

It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. Due to customer error, we are unable to refund or retrieve items shipped to the wrong address. If the item is returned to us, we will refund your order, minus shipping and any additional return shipping charges.

F.Sale Delays:

G.Processing Time:
Please allow 3-15 business days to process your order. The delivery time selected at checkout is the shipping time and will not speed up the processing of the order. Not delivered on official holidays in China. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to ship your items as soon as possible.
